We are two mental health therapists looking to sublease two office spaces to other therapists and/or similarly aligned professionals in Timonium, MD. Our space is located right off York Road and Seminary Avenue. It is ADA accessible on the 4th floor, includes a shared waiting area with a coffee/tea bar, mini fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, and microwave.

There are two offices, each with big windows, lots of natural light, and many plants! Each one has a couch, chairs and a desk. A bathroom in the hallway is shared with other businesses (mostly other healthcare providers). There are two main parking areas, with lots of free parking for you and your clients. It is a full service space, including daily janitorial services, individual thermostat control for AC and heat, building management, and internet.

Asking rate is $300 a month for one set day weekly, (e.g., $300 for all Tuesdays of the month), $500/month for two set days weekly (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays), or $600/month for three set days weekly (e.g., Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays).
