Dear Colleagues,
I’m inviting referrals for my upcoming Unbreak My Soul Safe Space Workplace Trauma Group, a 6-week virtual healing circle created specifically for BIPOC women who have experienced workplace trauma.
Many of our clients carry invisible wounds from microaggressions, silencing, and the exhaustion of “being strong” in spaces that undervalue them. This group provides a safe, affirming environment where participants can process those experiences without judgment or code-switching. It is not therapy, but a guided healing space designed to complement the work you may already be doing with them in individual sessions.
Group Details:
-
6 weekly sessions (90 minutes each) held virtually via Zoom
-
October 21 – December 2, Tuesdays at 7:00–8:30 PM ET (no meeting Thanksgiving week)
