Renewal Counseling Center is growing, counseling private practice servicing Baltimore County and Harford County. Renewal Counseling Center has office locations in Perry Hall, Dundalk, and Bel Air. 

 

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to provide counseling services at our Bel Air location. Renewal Counseling Center offers a supportive working environment for our clinicians. Providers receive highly sought-after resources and benefits such as free Continuing Education (CEU) trainings and credits, credentialing, monthly clinical meetings, supervision for graduate-level employees, billing management, and more! 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide psychological therapy and counseling services to individuals, groups or families within the scope of the Provider’s licenses, training, and experience. 

• Conduct appropriate screening measures and plan treatment for each client on caseload. 

• Complete clinical paperwork (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summary) for caseload in a timely fashion. 

• Comply with federal and state laws governing the practice of professional services and further agrees to comply with RCC’s working rules and policies. 

• Provide RCC’s management with a schedule of availability so RCC’s administrative staff can schedule patient appointments for the Provider. 

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Must have a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work. 

• Must have and maintain a full clinical mental health license (LCPC or LCSW-C) in Maryland.  

• Prior experience in therapy services.  

• Capacity to be trained in SimplePractice. 

• Ability to work with a diverse client base. 

• Manage time well. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to uphold HIPAA compliance.
