Sanare Counseling Group is growing because we are receiving a steady influx of new inquiries. We provide warm, thoughtful mental health care to individuals, couples, and families throughout Maryland. We are looking for independently licensed therapists who want to focus on clinical work while being part of a supportive, responsive group practice.
About the Role
This is a fully remote 1099 contractor role serving clients located in Maryland, with part time or full time availability. We welcome clinicians who want to maintain a smaller caseload as well as clinicians who want to grow. For therapists with consistent availability who complete credentialing promptly, we can guarantee a full schedule within eight weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy through telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate warmly and professionally with clients and the Sanare team
- Provide dependable, ethical care in an outpatient setting
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Maryland license as an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills
- Willing and eligible to participate with Sanare's contracted insurance plans
- Able to maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Able to complete documentation on time
Position Details

- For every completed session, the clinician receives 70% of the insurance payment Sanare actually collects for that session
- Referrals provided based on specialty and availability
- Administrative and billing support provided
